Questions, Answered Before You Begin
Commissioning a memorial portrait is personal. These are the most common questions about the process, tiers, photos, and delivery.
From submission to delivery, most commissions are completed within 2-3 weeks. You will receive a digital proof for approval before printing, and you can take the time you need to review it.
The more photos, the better. I recommend at least 3-5 clear photos from different angles, with at least one close-up showing your pet's expression clearly.
Every tier includes unlimited revisions on your digital proof. I keep refining the artwork until you approve it for production.
Yes. I regularly work from older photos and imperfect references. If I need additional details or a better angle, I will let you know before production.
Standard portraits are 8x10 inches. Premium and Heirloom portraits are 16x20 inches.
Yes. I can include up to 4 pets in one portrait. Extra pets are +$30.80 on Standard, +$45.80 on Premium, and +$99.80 on Heirloom.
Yes. Domestic shipping is free on all orders, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Revisions happen at the proof stage, before your portrait is printed and finished. Once you approve the final proof, production begins.
I review your details, confirm the selected tier, and prepare your portrait proof. If anything is unclear, I will contact you before moving forward.
You can still place your order and send the photos later. Upload them with your commission if you have them now, or email them afterward to elena.finalsitting@gmail.com.
Framing is not included in the current tiers. If you want to discuss presentation or framing separately, contact me before placing your order.
